Wanda Lee (Warren) Long

Wanda Lee Long (Warren) born January 1, 1943, to Raydo and Thomas Warren passed from this life peacefully, surrounded by her family on March 5, 2023, at the age of 80. She was very loved by her family and friends.  She enjoyed her family, music, traveling and crafting. She attended Sapulpa Public Schools. She loved working with children and had many friends during her time working at Kellyville Public Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Raydo Warren, Opal and Rollie Long, mother and father in-law, brothers Tom Warren and J. B. Warren and wife Lawanna, along with her son-in-law Jeff Hurst and her sister in-law Sue and husband Cecil Fulks.

She is survived by her husband Charles (Sonny) Long of 63 years and their 5 children. Charlene Hurst, Teresa and husband Dion Victory, Paul and wife Denise Long, Shelly and husband Robert Talley and Amber and husband Ronnie Brison. She had 14 grandchildren: Jeffery Hurst, Sunny Jiles, Joshua Victory, Samantha Brockman, Leona Carter, Justin Long, Carlie Head, Ashlie Waltrip, Jake Brigance, Brooke Talley, Hunter Talley, Jentry Brison, James Brison and Jeron Brison. She had 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Brothers Sam and wife Teri Warren, Jim and wife Brenda Warren along with Oscar and wife Donna Warren. Sister-in-law Carolyn Warren. Sister in-law Alice and husband Gary Sellers, brother in-law Norman Long and wife Ann, brother in-law Jerry Long and wife Donna. She had multiple nieces and nephews. 

Pallbearers are Jeffery Hurst, Joshua Victory, Justin Long, Jake Brigance, Hunter Talley, Jentry Brison, James Brison and Jeron Brison.

Viewing will be on Thursday 3-9-2023 from 4-7 P.M. and the Funeral service will be at Smith’s Funeral Home at 11 A. M on 3-10-2023, Greg Hurst will be officiating.
