Terry Hiett, Jr

Terry Hiett Jr 76, of Sapulpa went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Terry was born November 10, 1946 in Sapulpa to Vernon E. Hiett and Maybell Pittman. He graduated from Sapulpa High School. He was employed by CRST as a truck driver and retired after

21.5 years.

Terry faithfully served his country in the United States Army, serving a tour in Vietnam.

Terry met and later married the love of his life Evelyn Toring. They Recently celebrated 28 beautiful years of marriage. He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Terry enjoyed in his spare time, fishing, gardening, tending to his chickens and cows, playing dominos with his granddaughter Terrah, his numerous trips to the Philippines to visit all his In­ Laws, and spending time with family and close friends.

He had a caring and compassionate big heart and was always willing to give a helping hand. He was loved and Will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife Evelyn Toring Hiett, Children; TM Hiett, Jeean Hiett, and Beverley Hiett Grandchildren; Terrah Bogle and husband Evan Bogle, Jimmy Rumfelt, and Zander Lange Great grandchildren; Maelynn Rumfelt Sister In-Law; Aileen Toring Camingao and husband Jojit Camingao. Brother In-law Jack Walker and wife Jan Walker. And a host

of other relatives and friends.

His viewing will be held at Smith Funeral Home between 4:00PM - 6:00PM followed with a Rosary at 6:00PM at the Chapel in the funeral home.

His celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday April 28, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. His final resting place will be Green Hill Cemetery.
