Roman Andrew Bible was born to Gene and Diana Bible on March 20th, 1989. He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 2007 then pursued further education at The College of Muskogee Creek Nation. Roman had many friends and enjoyed spending time with them outside hiking, kayaking, and camping. He was fearless and climbed mountains in Colorado in the dark. He loved reading and creative writing. He enjoyed philosophical conversations. He was a baptized Christian. He enjoyed the outdoors. Roman enjoyed his leisure time playing video games. (a lot!) Roman could always surprise you with a witty remark that left you thinking, "how did he come up with that? “He embraced his Native culture. Most would agree that he never backed down from a challenge, whatever it involved, unless he didn't have the patience that day. On a side note: Roman loved...to... party, and the later it was ...the better the show. When Roman discovered Indian Time he was always on it. He loved to watch new movies and respected the classics that most recall; Smoke Signals, Powwow Highway, and Thunderheart to name just a few. He loved his sweet loving and faithful dog Jezabel who is nearing 17 years with the family or 119 years old in doggie years. Roman’s culinary eats were Asian Cuisine, Barbecue, and his brother's Chicken Taco Soup. Someone had once asked Roman what his Major was during college, and he replied with a slight grin and winked....DOC Consultant. He was a talented artist that enjoyed painting Native American Art.
Roman is survived by his mother Diana Bible and brothers David Wilson, JR and Jenny Bevenue, Eugene Bible, Matt Bible, Mark and Sandra Bible and sister Susan Groff. Roman loved all of his Aunts; Linda Walliser of Walker, Minnesota, Naomi Hays and Roberta McGill of Catoosa, Uncle Johnny and Tyka Ratliff of Jenks and his cousin Larry Bible of Sands Springs. His nieces and nephews Daniel and Brittany Wilson, Sakaiyah, Skyla and Kenji Bevenue, Josh, and Dillion Bible along with a host of family and friends.
Roman was preceded in death by his father Gene Bible, brothers Dana Bible and James Bible.
