Phyllis Ann Grant passed away on April 20 in Sapulpa. She was born on March 8, 1953 in Tulsa. Phyllis was the daughter of Alma and Richard Grant, deceased.
Phyllis was loved and cared for by her family and other caregivers during her life, including her great aunt Florence (Flossie) Reynolds of Sapulpa, deceased. She spent the last years of her life at a group home in Sapulpa, cared for lovingly by Bios Corporation staff
She is survived by her siblings David Grant and Lisa Keehn of Sapulpa, Susan Sebastian of Dillon, Colorado; and nieces Cassie Keehn and Amber Keehn of Sapulpa and Ellen Sebastian of Boulder, Colorado.
