Obituary
Norma Raye Biggs, 88, of Kiefer, went to join the angels on May 1, 2022, at the home surrounded by her family.
Norma was born on August 22, 1933 in Haskell, OK to Earl and Viola Skinner. After graduating high school, she went into the health industry to work as a LPN, where she could spread her compassion and care through her work. Norma was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and best friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Norma is preceded in death by her parents, son Larry Biggs, sister and brother.
Norma is survived by her son Jimmy Skinner and wife Brenda, son Ron Biggs and wife Trena, son Mark Biggs and wife Kim, daughter Teresa Boatner and husband Mike, daughter in law Connie Biggs, 11 grandchildren, and 3 step grandchildren
