Hazel Estelle (Hulsey) Feeback passed from this life on September 4, 2021, at St. John’s Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was born on November 11, 1923, in Slick, Oklahoma to Lee Roy and Effie Husley.
She attended school in Jenks and later attended schools in Sapulpa.
Hazel married the love of her life, Willard Feeback in May of 1941 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. There were 3 children born to Willard and Hazel, plus they raised two of their granddaughters. They celebrated almost 70 years of marriage.
Hazel worked at Liberty Glass until her retirement in 1983. She was a member of the Westside Free Will Baptist Church where she attended until she couldn’t attend services.
She is survived by her children, son Ronnie Feeback, 2 daughters, Connie Van Winkle and husband, Leon, and Shirley Sweet and husband, Skipper.

Her grandchildren, Randy Feeback, Wade Feeback, Lisa Brashear, Rebecca Bare, Brittini Carson and Cheryl Underhill and several great grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Ethel Faye McLaughlin and Oleta McDaniel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard, a daughter-in-law, Dorothy Feeback, 2 sisters, Leona Gilbert and Lola Mae Traver and 2 brothers, Vernard Hulsey and Orville Hulsey and 2 grandchildren.
Hazel loved the Lord in all ways. She was a good Christian lady that could make anyone she met smile. She is dancing on the streets of gold with her sisters and brothers.
Her family is sure they will all get to see her again and are going to miss that beautiful smile she always had.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Randy Feeback, Wade Feeback, Chandler Cox, Joshua Davis, Chandler Feeback and Garrett Carson.
Services will be held Friday, September 24, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Westside Free Will Baptist Church, 1403 S. Cheyenne Road, Sapulpa, Oklahoma with Pastor Roger McDougal and Pastor Lloyd Morris officiating.
Visitation and viewing will be Thursday, September 23, 2021, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
