Doris Rosiere 87, of Mounds, Oklahoma stepped into heaven to be with Jesus on September 1st 2021, at her home surrounded by loved ones. Doris was born December 9th, 1933 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Raymond and Hattie Kautz. Doris met the love of her life at 16 Years old. One year later, Robert and Doris Rosiere began their life together through marriage. Doris and Robert started a trucking company where Doris worked as a truck driver and bookkeeper. Later in life, Doris and Robert owned and operated a cattle farm. After the loss of her beloved husband, Doris moved to Mounds, Oklahoma to be neighbors with granddaughter Brittany Johnson and husband Chase. Doris resided there the remainder of her life.
Doris was a hard worker by nature, who did not shy away from physical labor. Doris enjoyed cooking, sewing, planting flowers of all types, spending time with family, playing games with grandkids, reading her bible, bird watching, telling stories of the past, and taking road trips just to enjoy the scenery. Doris will be remembered for her love for others, beautiful spirit, and giving heart. Doris was a strong Christian who loved her Lord with all of her heart.
Doris is preceded in death by her father and mother Raymond and Hattie Kautz, brother Raymond Kautz Jr., sister Ida Hall, husband Robert Rosiere, sons Robert Rosiere Jr., Randall Rosiere, Rodney Rosiere, and daughter Carolyn Young.
Doris is survived by daughters Debra Cantata, Brenda Hardneck, Marilyn Burke, Patricia Hood and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Doris was loved by friends and family. She will be greatly missed.
