Ann F. (Rolland) Holder went to be with our Lord, December 3, 2013. She was born on May 28, 1919 North of Bristow, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Sallie Rolland, her sister, Addie (Rolland) George, and her brother, Albert Rolland. Ann Holder was a loving Mother to Robert I. Lee, and Sammie C. Revis of Oklahoma City, OK; Gerald Scott of Moore, Oklahoma, Harley E. Revis, Faith A. Revis, Marie Revis, Lester Revis, and Edmond Dale of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She has 18 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Mrs. Holder attended Eufaula Indian Boarding School, Eufaula, OK and attended high school at Sequoyah Indian Boarding school in Tahlequah, OK. Afterward she attended Haskell Institute in Lawrence, KS. Mrs. Holder also served as a member of the Women Auxiliary Army Corp (WAC) from 1941 to 1943. She made her home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and a valuable member of the Native American Church-Yuchi Chapter and the Polecat Ceremonial ground. Mrs. Holder held the position of court clerk at the Glenpool Police Department until her retirement in 1986. Wake service will be at 7p.m. on December 5, 2013 at the Smith Funeral home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Following the wake service, the family will gather at the Sapulpa Indian Community Center, Brown Streetto share an evening meal. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Smith Funeral home and internment will be at the Oakwood Cemetery in Mounds, Oklahoma.
