Guaranteed Contract Pre-Need Package

• You agree to pre-pay for funeral merchandise and services within 36 months of the date of the contract.
• Smith Funeral Home will guarantee the price of funeral merchandise and services selected.
• The guarantee does not include sales tax, cemetary charges, obituaries for newspapers, or death certificates.

With the guaranteed contract you may actually choose the merchandise and services you would like to have for your funeral service.

While you name a specific individual in the guaranteed contract, the monies in this contract may be used for someone else. This would void the guarantee for the individual named in the contract, unless the person named returns the monies within 60 days.

If for some reason you are unable to pay the total amount within 36 months, all funds paid in will automatically go to non-specified status.
